In what area are Dumpsters Available?

It's Got to Go! predominantly serves the metro Omaha, NE area; however, if you interested in renting a dumpster for outside this area, please call (402) 861-8646 or email itsgottogo@icloud.net


What if I need to change or cancel my dumpster rental order?

You may cancel or change an order by calling (402) 861-8646.


What if I fill up my trash dumpster container before I am done?

You may order an additional haul for your dumpster rental by calling (402) 861-8646. Additional haul charges equal to the amount of the first haul will apply.


How far in advance do I need to order a dumpster rental?

A 24 hour notice is preferred, but if you call early enough, we will do our best to get you one that day.


Is emergency dumpster delivery available? 

Emergency services are based upon location and availability and additional fees may apply.


What if the driver comes for delivery or removal of the dumpster, and I am not
ready for the dumpster container to be dropped or removed?

If you are not ready to have your roll-off container picked up you may change an order by calling (402) 861-8646. Additional rental or service fees will apply.


What if I need to keep my dumpster rental container longer/have it removed
sooner?

If you want to modify the date your trash dumpster rental is picked up, you may do so by calling (402) 861-8646. If a roll-off container is kept past 10 days, additional rental or service fees will apply.


Is it necessary for someone to be there when the dumpster is delivered or removed?

It is preferred, but not necessary, to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the dumpster rental. However, please be as specific as possible when answering the delivery questions, as the driver will use his best judgment and place the roll-off container in the safest accessible area. If an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster, should it be necessary. For removal: customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster rental equipment on the scheduled pick-up day; if the dumpster rental is inaccessible customer is subject to additional pick-up charges, as terms and conditions apply.
